The following matters shall be noted before the operation of animal husbandry fan

Inspect whether the power supply (voltage, switch, etc.) and circuit meet the electrical requirement and whether the wiring is correct. 

Inspect whether there is the condensate water, dust and other sundries in the animal husbandry fan and pipe. If any, they shall be cleaned up. The major fault happens to the animal husbandry fan upon startup. 

Confirm whether the foundation bolt, animal husbandry fan body, each accessory and accessory device, the connection part of connecting pipeline are fastened as per the requirements. 

Confirm whether each part is correct. For the coupler or the animal husbandry fan with driver, it is necessary to inspect whether the coupler, belt wheel and belt v are installed, and whether the coaxially between the animal husbandry fan shaft and motor shaft meets the requirements. 

Inspect whether the bearing lubricating oil (grease) is full and intact. If there is the oil supply device, it conducts the operation test for 2h, and measure whether the oil temperature and oil pressure are normal. 

For the animal husbandry fan of water cooling bearing, it is necessary to inspect whether the water supply of cooling water pipeline is normal. 

Inspect whether the rotation is smooth by manually rotating the animal husbandry fan shaft and prime motor shaft, and confirm there is no abnormality. 

Rotate the original motor shaft independently, confirm the prime motor's rotation direction is consistent with the animal husbandry fan, and confirm there is no abnormal condition on the side of prime motor at the same time. 

For the animal husbandry fan with drive, inspect whether the tension degree of each belt v is consistent. 

When the coupler with lubrication is used, confirm whether the injected lubricating oil is qualified. 

Confirm whether the regulating door or valve is opened or closed, and whether there is abnormal action. For the turnover R regulating valve of animal husbandry fan, the centrifugal one is fully closed and the axial-flow one is fully opened, with small startup load. 

For the animal husbandry fan of the mandatory oil supply device with bearing, it is necessary to confirm whether the oil tank's oil mass, oil tank and oil transportation pipeline are clean and smooth, and whether the oil pump's rotation direction, the water supply and drainage institutions of oil cooler and the interlocking device are normal.
